Hudson Middle School has been recognized by the State of Wisconsin as a "Middle School of Excellence" for the second time in three years (2009/10 and 2011/12). AWSA (Association of Wisconsin School Administrators) recognizes only four middle schools state wide for this honor. We are proud of our students, staff, parents and the community support we have received over the years. 

Hudson Middle School Principal Dan Koch Receives Principal of the Year Award: Mr. Koch is being recognized for his personal excellence as a leader of middle level learners; his collaborative leadership; guidance in curriculum, instruction and assessment; and focus on personalized learning for students. Mr. Koch has modeled unparalleled leadership capabilities throughout a period of time in which Hudson Middle School student enrollment has risen to the highest student population in one grades 6-8 school building in Wisconsin. All the while, Mr. Koch has led his teaching staff toward high expectations, resulting in improved student achievement scores in both reading and mathematics. As a result, Hudson Middle School has received the Middle School of Excellence Award twice.

MIDDLE SCHOOL PARENTS
Please remember to complete your on-line registration for your student if you have not already done so.  Then you can stop in to the Middle School Office between 7a.m - 3p.m. to complete the registration process and pick up your child's schedule.
6TH GRADE PARENTS - will beable to pick up their child's Chrome Book on August 25th or 27th between 7a.m. and 10a.m.

MUST Be Completed for Each Student w/or w/out Transportation Needs

Please remember to turn in your Registration Form, Fee, and physical card or alternate year card to the office before first practice.  If the forms and fee are not in by first practice you will not be allowed to participate.

8TH GR. GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
:
  mandatory preseason tryouts are Aug. 26, 27, 28 from 3:30-5:00p.m. in the MS gym

7TH GR. GIRLS VOLLEYBALL:  first practice is Tues. Sept. 2 at 2:50p.m.

FOOTBALL 2014-2015
7th/8th Football: first practice & equipment handout at HMS is Mon. Aug. 25 from 2:45-5:00 (equipment handout will be done during practice this year, parents do not need to be present)

Aug. 26: second day of practice (helmets only) from 2:45-5:00
Aug. 27 & 28: full pads practice from 2:45-5:00
Aug. 29: NO PRACTICE
Sept. 2: first day of school practice
